Our Story
My Athleisure was born out of the coronavirus outbreak, between March 2019 and mid 2021 the team found ourselves in a nation wide lockdown.
During this time as with many people we found ourselves working from home, gone was the day to day business attire in favour of athleisure and loungewear, the ‘new normal’ is here.
A Website was Born
Having spent some time revamping our day to day wardrobe to be more suitable for working from our makeshift home offices, we discovered it was hard to find a one stop shop where we could find all athleisure products for men and women in one convenient place.
As gyms were closed, we had been forced to do home exercise and lunchtime walks, during this time and our new attire of gym wear and leisure wear had proved very adaptive to this time.
Our Vision
We feel that athleisure is here to stay! Our aim is to provide a one stop shop, combining some of the best known athleisure brands and products on the market and some lesser known ones. So if like us, you have grown an affinity to athleisure wear and need something for the gym, yoga or simply a comfortable item that fits with your lifestyle.
To support consumers with an interest in health and fitness, we also sell products associated with athleisure, such as home fitness equipment, fitness accessories and sports supplements. We hope this will makes a well rounded purchase experience for our loyal visitors.
What our quest to be the best looks like;
Short term – increase website exposure and product offering (donate 10% of profit to charity)
Long term – Work with new brands (ideally sustainable products) to help them gain exposure and build our team. Continue to donate some profits to charity.
